Orders exceeding 50.00 will be subject to actual shipping cost. Due to recent
classification changes by UPS oversize items such as mufflers, bumpers, sheet
metal, mouldings, hoods, radiators, rear fenders, etc. will be charged at the 70
pound rate.
Orders that do not meet the size and weight requirements of UPS, Parcel Post, or
Fed Ex will be
sent by Motor Freight, collect. Minimum weight charge for Motor Freight is 100 pounds.
Please use complete street addresses as United Parcel Service cannot ship to Post Office
Box addresses. Most orders shipped the same day received. Satisfaction guaranteed.
Inspect your package immediatelly as shipping companies will not honor any
claim after a week. Save shipping box and packing if there is damage as
this is a prerequisite for filing a claim. Contact us and the carrier to
report damaged packages.

We will ship UPS-C.O.D., UPS C.O.D. Fee is $9.00 which is in addition to
shipping.
Parcel Post Surface (cheapest way) Allow 25% of the total dollar value
of the order for shipping (estimate only).
Parcel Post Air (faster way) Allow 40%
of total dollar value of the order for shipping (estimate only).
Information on any lost or delayed Parcel Post packages can take an additional 60-90 days.
We cannot reship an order that has been lost or delayed until the postal service declares
the shipment a loss. The postal service does not offer a warranty on any fees involved for
reshipping an order.
CUSTOMERS WHO SPECIFY PARCEL POST SHIPMENT to a country not offering insurance
assumes all risk for loss or damage.
UPS (United Parcel Service) is the fastest most dependable way to ship orders. Packages can be tracked at anytime. If there is a problem, UPS will take care of
the problem promptly.
DHL: We also ship via DHL in certain areas. Shipping charges range about the same as UPS.
Payment
Check, money order, Visa, Master Charge, Discover Card, and American Express
payable in U.S. funds. Money orders and checks should be made out to
Smith and Jones Antique Auto Parts. All
parts purchased across our counter or shipped within the State of South Carolina
are subject to S.C. Sales Tax.
Prices
We will strive to maintain the prices in our catalog, but reserve the right to change
prices without notice as some suppliers increase our cost while our catalog is
being printed.
Returned Parts
Unaltered parts may be returned for any valid reason within 30 days of purchase. Please
contact us for instructions before returning any parts. Parts returned must be accompanied
by a copy of your original invoice along with an explanation of the reason for the return.
C.O.D. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. PARTS RETURNED MUST BE PREPAID BY
THE CUSTOMER.
Items primed, painted, chromed, or altered will not be returnable.
A 10% restocking fee may be charged on parts returned without a valid reason or
requiring repackaging for resale.

We are located in the area of the Columbia Metropolitan Airport. Exit Interstate 26 at exit 113, Hwy. 302. Follow Highway
302 to the airport entrance. Turn right on John Hardee Expressway (4 lane
highway). Turn right again on Lexington Avenue (2nd street), go approximately 2
blocks, turn right again on
Wisconsin Avenue (2nd street again) . We are
located on the right about 1 block ahead.
Enter through the door on the brick portion of the
building.
